Join instructor Maceo Hood in this beginner friendly meditation class to learn about stress reduction. The discussion will focus on the nine Attitudes of Mindfulness and breathing exercises. We will conclude with a guided meditation. Maceo received certification from the Institute for Organizational Science and Meditation.
